Yes, 19th March was World Sleep Day, a day intended to be a celebration of sleep and a call to action on  issues related to sleep. The main goal is to highlight is the importance of sleep that is a foundation of good health; allows for better decision making, and creates a cognitive awareness and understanding.

So there really isn’t a substitute for sleep! Here’s a glimpse of the the SLEEEP® ENSEMBLE send to us by ITC Gardenia Hotel Bengaluru. The ‘Sleeep Ensemble’ is available in room categories starting from ITC One and above, at all the luxury collection hotels. It consists of Pillow Menu, Sleeep® Menu, Sleeep® Booklet, Eye Mask, Pillow Mist for Sound Sleep and Essential Oils for relieving Stress.

There is also a SLEEEP® MENU has been specially crafted by Chefs at ITC and Scientists at ITC LSTC, Bengaluru. It is designed to promote sleep quality using special culinary offerings, prepared using select food ingredients from across the world, which are known to aid and improve Sleep. This menu is available at ITC Hotels for all resident guests as part of In Room Dining menu. There are also choice of pillows, spa therapies, black out curtains, SLEEEP® Music available to ensure a positive sleeping experience. Some of them quite useful to incorporate to our daily lifestyle, and not just for discussions on World Sleep Day!
